This set comes with 9 different colour brush pens and one blender pen: 202 Deep Yellow – 334 Scarlet – 337 Magenta – 548 Blue Violet – 508 Prussian Blue – 654 Fir Green – 704 Grey – 700 Black – 440 Sepia Deep – 902 Blender.
These markers use a pure, dye-based formula that resembles watercolours. Unlike watercolours, which are made on the basis of pigments, Ecoline brush pens are made on the basis of dyes. They have flexible tips which create beautiful, fluid and vivid lines perfect for hand lettering, watercolour drawings, quick sketches or finishing touches. Thin and blend colours with water or the brush pen blender (included) for beautiful watercolour effects and seamless colour transitions. Adheres well to watercolour paper, drawing paper and cardboard. Made in Germany.
Pen maintenance:
- Store horizontally so the dye stays evenly distributed throughout the pen.
- Bring dried out nibs back to life by moistening them with some water.
- The pens are refillable by unscrewing the top and re-filling it with liquid ink in the same colour. You can find the refill ink (Ecoline Liquid Watercolours 30 ml) at many art supply stores.
