This fun stamp sheet was made by The Portland Stamp Company, a unique company that celebrates and revives the lost art of poster stamps. Commemorative poster stamps are artifacts from another time. These miniature bits of advertising were popular in Europe at the turn of the century. Their appeal, utility, and popularity quickly grew, becoming ubiquitous in the United States in the 1920s.
This stamp sheets features 16 stamps per sheet. The artwork was designed by artists Ravi Zupa & Arna Miller.
